Avid tutor Alejandra Cazares is helping students of AVID with all kinds of subjects in order to help them succeed in their academics “It's really rewarding to kind of see them go through from freshmen year to their senior years to see the issues that they've kind of surpassed,” Cazares, said.

Reduce, reuse, recycle! Belen Alcaide Gonzalez, 9, Explains her group's game to students. This semester the students had to re-use last semester's poster boards to make their games. “We had to rip apart a lot of the paper but I still think it came out great,” Gonzalez said. While Gonzalez had to spend most of her time with her group's project at math night, she said she still enjoyed it.
